📋 Description

• At GreenSlate, we make our clients’ needs a priority, knowing that our customer service sets us apart from our competitors. • We’re looking for an outgoing individual with a passion for technology and a desire to provide exceptional service to join our growing implementation team. • As the implementation specialist, you’ll be responsible for project onboarding/setup while providing clients with a friendly, positive, and knowledgeable experience. • The goal is to ensure that all users of the company software and project onboarding portal have the information and tools they need, and the knowledge to use it.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent • Customer Service: 2+ years • Software implementation/Project Onboarding: 1+ years • The ability to deal with high volumes and work under pressure • The ability to hold oneself accountable for completing tasks accurately • Self-monitoring, self-aware and self-correcting • A desire to find the solution, not just finish the task • Enthusiastic attitude about providing superior customer service • Excitement to learn the GreenSlate platforms • Experience supporting accounting or other business operations software • Knowledge of production workflows and accounting basics is a plus • Excellent listening and communication skills • Extremely focused, highly organized and detail-oriented
