📋 Description

• Plays a pivotal role in ensuring the functionality, quality, and user experience of applications, tools, and user touchpoints. • This individual will primarily focus on validating and testing applications to confirm that they meet the necessary standards before deployment, as well as performing post-deployment testing to validate functionality. • This role is expected to evolve into a Business Analyst position over time, offering opportunities for increased responsibility and growth within the organization. • The ideal candidate does not need a strong IT background but should possess an eye for detail, a passion for ensuring seamless user experiences, and an interest in growing into a Business Analyst role. • This position will also include supporting the administration of Jira standards and workflows, creating visibility, and understanding of the team’s processes.

🎯 Requirements

• Able to obtain a Public Trust Clearance • Progress toward a degree • At least 1 year of professional experience • Knowledge of GIS platforms and applications • Familiar with Jira or similar software project management tools • Familiar with the Pipeline Hazardous Material Safety Administration (PHMSA) • Experience working with Federal organizations
