• Seeking an experienced Performance Test Engineer to support web-based applications development

Requirements

• 1+ year s of direct project experience performance testing an Appian implementation • 3+ years of experience in a technical consulting position • Experience in designing, developing and executing performance test plans, scripts, and scenarios • Proficiency with performance testing tools (e.g., JMeter, Groovy) • Ability to define and discuss software performance metrics • Experience analyzing performance data and providing actionable insights • Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of data objects and data architecture during data design discussions • Ability to write performance test scripts for advanced use cases built in Appian • Experience coaching and advising Associate Performance Test Engineers • Proficient in identifying root causes using Appian logs • Ability to create data staging processes and scripts • Proficient in writing queries and stored procedures in SQL • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail • Strong communication and collaboration skills
