Description

• We are looking for an experienced Senior Program Control Analyst with a strong background in government contracting to join our team. • This role will focus on financial forecasting, maintaining compliance with government regulations, and supporting program control processes. • Lead forecasting and financial planning for multiple government programs, including revenue, cost, and profit projections. • Perform variance analysis to identify trends, provide explanations for deviations from forecasted values, and support decision-making. • Collaborate with program and financial managers to ensure forecasts reflect program requirements and are updated regularly to align with actual performance. • Support program managers by providing financial insights and recommendations for cost management and resource allocation. • Work with cross-functional teams to maintain compliance with regulatory requirements, coordinating with internal and external auditors as necessary. • Support monthly financial activities to include adjustments, corrections, unbilled receivable reconciliation, and cost accruals. • Perform reviews of Purchase Requests and other project related requests via ticketing workflow system. • Review project setup and funding modifications, ensuring alignment with contract terms and conditions. • Generate and present detailed financial reports, including program reviews, to internal stakeholders and senior leadership. • Prepare reports for government customers as required by contract terms, ensuring accuracy and compliance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field; Finance, Accounting degree preferred. • Minimum of 3+ years of experience in program control, financial analysis, or similar role in a government contracting environment. • Comprehensive knowledge of government contracting processes and regulations (e.g., FAR, DFARS, CAS). • Proven experience in financial forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis. • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in financial software (Excel, ERP systems, and cost management tools). • Excellent communication skills with the ability to present financial data to both financial and non-financial stakeholders. • Experience in Costpoint is strongly preferred.
