• The National Sales Director will lead the primary care sales leadership and sales team. • This position reports directly into the Vice President of Screening Sales. • Lead the customer facing activity that will drive the adoption of cancer screening test with primary care physicians. • Hire, coach, and develop sales leaders who lead sales professionals. • Work with internal stakeholders to develop content for sales training. • Consistently evaluate and exceed execution metrics and sales trends. • Build a team and develop a budget to support business needs. • Lead and manage excellence in execution of brand strategies.
• 7+ Years of demonstrated above-average performance. • 4+ years in a 2nd line sales leadership role. • Experience in Pharmaceuticals, Lab, Hospital or Diagnostics. • Experience developing and leading within large sales organizations (250+). • Success working with health systems and integrated delivery networks is preferred. • Demonstrated ability to build and execute against strategic account plans. • Deep understanding of the payor and reimbursement environment. • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects. • Previous experience managing remote teams. • Ability to travel up to 75% of the time.
