• The Guidance Consultant position provides a great professional opportunity for Bachelor's degree graduates. • Guidance Consultants conduct a holistic consultation and provide access to all the resources that meet the client's needs. • Given the diversity of our clients, the variety of issues they face, and the number of requests for assistance we receive, this is a unique opportunity to use your clinical expertise!
🎯 Requirements
• Minimum of Bachelor's in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a Behavioral Heath field. • Superior active listening skills and a demonstrated ability to be empathetic to all client concerns. • Outstanding customer service skills. • Clinical assessment experience in the following areas: mental health, chemical dependency and crisis stabilization. • Sound clinical judgment and critical thinking skills in order to resolve client issues effectively. • Experience working with clients in crisis. • Strong attention to detail and ability to multi-task. • Excellent organizational skills, highly self-motivated, and dependable. • Stable work history required. • Intermediate computer skills.
