📋 Description
• Oversee the development, implementation, and maintenance of reporting and analytics systems. • Collaborate with departments to ensure accurate, timely, and efficient reporting. • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of reporting and analytics developers. • Stay updated with the latest reporting tools and technologies. • Communicate status, risks, and issues to stakeholders across the business and IT. • Establish processes that ensure the accuracy and consistency of data. • Analyze data to identify trends, issues, and improve performance.
🎯 Requirements
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, or a related field. • Experience: Minimum of 7 years of experience in data reporting, with at least 5 years in a managerial role. • Technical Skills: Proficient in SQL, data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI), and database management systems (Oracle/SQL Server). • Experienced with embedded visualizations as well as Cloud Data Platforms (Snowflake/Databricks). • Strong understanding of data warehousing concepts. • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights. • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present data clearly and effectively. • Leadership: Proven ability to lead and motivate a team in a fast-paced environment, while delivering with quality and on-time. • Detail-Oriented: Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy and quality.
