📋 Description

• This is an exciting opportunity in the large and growing segment of healthcare and well-being. • As a member of the ComPsych Reporting development team, you will work in a dynamic, collaborative, and friendly work environment. • In the role of Reporting and Analytics Development Manager you will oversee the development, implementation, and maintenance of robust and scalable reporting and analytics systems and processes. • This role involves collaborating with various departments to ensure accurate, timely, and efficient reporting, enabling data-driven decision-making across the organization.

🎯 Requirements

• Education : Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, or a related field. • Experience : Minimum of 7 years of experience in data reporting, with at least 5 years in a managerial role. • Technical Skills : Proficient in SQL, data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI), and database management systems (Oracle/SQL Server). • Experienced with embedded visualizations as well as Cloud Data Platforms (Snowflake/Databricks). • Strong understanding of data warehousing concepts. • Analytical Skills : Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights. • Communication Skills : Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present data clearly and effectively. • Leadership : Proven ability to lead and motivate a team in a fast-paced environment, while delivering with quality and on-time. • Detail-Oriented : Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy and quality.
