📋 Description

• The Technology Consulting Director in Guidehouse’s Digital practice leading business development and practice development for Process Insights and Automation pursuits. • Leading delivery teams on high impact technology transformation project in Celonis and Automation related client engagements. • Driving business development activities including RFP responses and proposal development for process automation/process insights opportunities across all federal and commercial business at Guidehouse. • Partnering with the practice leader to develop an internal and external presence in the process automation space. • Establishing approaches to gather information from clients regarding client structure, process, technology, and culture. • Facilitating meetings with client stakeholders to gather information. • Identifying and implementing overall program improvements for clients. • Effectively leveraging project resources to accomplish tasks while providing regular feedback and coaching. • Ability to lead account planning and target new business opportunities that support relevant practice development goals and objectives.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience selling, securing, and launching technology consulting projects including projects using CELONIS Technology • Project management experience including overseeing junior and mid-level staff, defining project direction, and ensuring successful project delivery • Critical thinking to solve problems and develop innovative solutions to client’s management, technology, and operational challenges • 10+ years minimum of experience in technology management consulting with at least 3 years in Process Automation specific engagements and pursuits. • Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college/university • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel • Excellent oral and written communication skills • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
