Description

• Design, implement, and maintain Okta identity and access management solutions • Integrate Okta with various applications and systems to include on-prem and cloud/SaaS to streamline authentication and authorization processes • Develop and configure Single Sign-On (SSO) and Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) solutions using Okta • Perform regular system audits and security assessments to ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Okta configurations and integrations • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and implement identity management solutions that meet business needs • Provide technical support and training to internal teams and end-users on Okta functionalities • Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in Okta and identity management technologies

Requirements

• At Minimum Six (6) years of IT experience • Bachelor’s degree • In lieu of degree Four (4) additional years of experience will be needed • Experience using Okta as an enterprise identity provider solution • Knowledge of Okta including features, integrations, and architecture • Understanding of authentication protocols, such as SAML 2.0 or OAuth/SSO • Experience configuring user authentication policies and application connections in Okta • Experience configuring and managing Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) factors for Okta users, including Okta Verify, FIDO tokens, One-Time Passcodes, and RSA tokens • Experience troubleshooting Okta user authentication and application issues • Broad knowledge of cybersecurity threats and mitigating IT solutions • Experience developing cybersecurity policies • Experience with online research techniques • Must be a U.S. Citizen • Must be able to obtain Public Trust clearance • Must be willing to work East Coast hours
