• As a Product Manager, you will be responsible for the end-to-end management of product development, from ideation to launch. • You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and customer success. • Lead the product lifecycle from concept to launch, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business objectives. • Collaborate with stakeholders to define product vision, strategy, and roadmap based on customer needs, market trends, and company goals. • Develop detailed product requirements and specifications and work closely with engineering and design teams to ensure successful execution. • Utilize product management tools such as Jira, Confluence, Mural, and others. • Conduct market research and analysis to identify new opportunities, validate product ideas, and make data-driven decisions. • Manage relationships with key stakeholders, including federal agencies and healthcare organizations. • Lead and facilitate Program Increment (PI) planning sessions in accordance with the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe). • Develop and maintain the product roadmap, overseeing product backlog refinement. • Monitor product performance and user feedback to iterate and improve on product features and functionality. • Lead cross-functional teams in Agile methodologies to ensure efficient product development processes. • Communicate product vision, strategy, and progress to senior management and other stakeholders. • Ensure compliance with federal regulations and standards, particularly in CMS-related projects.
• Minimum of FIVE (5) years of experience in product management • Minimum Degree Required: US equivalent Bachelor's degree • US Citizenship is contractually required for this role • Strong understanding of product management tools (i.e., Jira, Confluence, Mural, and similar) • Proven experience in leading cross-functional teams and managing the entire product lifecycle • Experience working in Agile development environments • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on user-centric design and data-driven decision-making • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with changing priorities
