Description

• The position of Sourcing Specialist requires talented, experienced professionals with good business acumen, legal acuity, product knowledge, project management and organization skills. • Candidate must be a self-starter who requires minimal supervision in performing assigned tasks. • Candidate will ensure that contracts and payment terms are negotiated in accordance with established Florida Blue contract administration policies and procedures.

Requirements

• 5+ years related work experience. • Strong MS Office skills to include PowerPoint and Excel. • Related Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience. • Strategic and tactical knowledge of RFP/Process Improvement. • Understanding of procurement and supply management principals. • Proven ability to drive organizational change. • Proven ability to influence at all levels of management. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Proven ability to lead cross functional teams. • Solid contract drafting and terminology knowledge. • Good understanding of IT Infrastructure related to software products. • Good understanding of business intricacies associated with BPO arrangements. • Ability to multi-task and handle several assignments concurrently. • Ability to work independently and recommend appropriate resolutions. • Ability to comprehend complex problems requiring in-depth evaluation. • Strong organizational and time management skills.
