📋 Description
• Develop and execute a comprehensive category strategy for paper and disposable products, aligning with organizational objectives and ensuring cost-effectiveness, quality, and sustainability. • Identify, negotiate, and manage relationships with suppliers, ensuring the best terms for pricing, delivery, quality, and service. • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to stay informed about industry trends, price fluctuations, and new product innovations. • Monitor and evaluate supplier performance to identify cost-saving opportunities, improve margins, and ensure maximum value for the company. • Collaborate with the supply chain team to maintain optimal inventory levels of paper and disposable products. • Work closely with internal teams (marketing, operations) to select new products that meet customer needs. • Incorporate sustainability best practices into category management by sourcing eco-friendly products. • Track key performance indicators (KPIs) for the category and report results to senior leadership. • Work with internal teams (sales, operations, finance) to ensure alignment on category goals and objectives.
