📋 Description

• We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Procurement and Proposal Manager with expertise in the public sector market in the United States. • In addition to leading and coordinating the development of compelling proposals for government agencies and organizations, you will also be responsible for managing internal knowledge related to all procurement operations. • Your comprehensive understanding of the public sector procurement process, coupled with strong project management and communication skills will be crucial in driving successful procurement operations, bid submissions and supporting Zencity’s growth.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of proven experience in procurement, supply chain management, or sourcing in the public sector or GovTech • Proven negotiation and supplier management skills • Exceptional organizational and project management abilities • Detail oriented and proactive • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across functions and influence stakeholders at all levels • Ability and preference to work in a dynamic, high-paced environment • Preferred: CPQ tool management experience • Preferred: Certification in Procurement (e.g., CPP, CPSM, CPM). • Preferred: Experience with ERP or procurement software (e.g., SAP, Coupa)
