Description

• We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Procurement Systems Data Analyst to join our team. • The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the development, management, and maintenance of all procurement-related data, ensuring data quality, standardization, and compliance with industry best practices. • The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of procurement systems, data management, and transformation, as well as excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Requirements

• 5+ years related work experience. Experience Details: 2+ years of procurement system functional administrative experience with at least one Source to Pay system • Related Bachelor’s degree or additional related equivalent work experience • Excellent understanding of data administration and management functions with the ability to establish data relevancy rules and transformation logic based on business requirements to improve and sustain data quality • Experience processing, filtering, and presenting large quantities of data • Strong technical skills including, but not limited to, advanced proficiency in MS Office applications, procurement systems, Power BI, and Tableau • Experience with overseeing procurement data cleansing, construction, system migration activities, and ongoing maintenance with procurement system implementation experience (ex. Ariba, Ivalua, Oracle)
