Description

• The People Ops and HR Manager will help the company field the best team possible. • Will implement new hire orientation, payroll, benefits, and offboarding processes. • Responsible for ensuring a culture of performance management and employee experience. • Needs to shape compensation strategy and conduct competitive benchmarking. • Will support talent acquisition and oversee employer branding initiatives.

Requirements

• 5 years of overall human resources experience • Demonstrated track record of successfully building and scaling a human resources organization from the ground up, including hiring, systems and controls • Proficiency in modern human resources software and platforms • Ability to influence the executive team on organizational design and key personnel decisions • In-depth operational focus with a demonstrated ability to promote use of metrics and scorecards • Ability to work and communicate with all levels of the organization, including board members, senior executives, business partners, and individual contributors

Benefits

• Salary: $140K-$210K • Equity: 0.01%-0.05%
