Description

• Manage HR programs and projects partnering with internal team and clients • Execute and optimize day-to-day HR processes • Implement strategic and tactical HR plans and processes • Support HR Consultant and clients on all HR matters • Conduct HR research and assist in developing policies • Manage communications for employee leaves • Collaborate with Lead on client action plans • Manage workload to ensure deliverables are met

Requirements

• 4-6 years of related or equivalent human resources experience • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or Business Administration preferred • SHRM-CP and/or HRCI-PHR certifications are highly desirable • Solid foundation of HR knowledge • Understanding of federal, state and local employment laws, regulations, and practices • Familiarity with general business management functions • Advanced skills in Microsoft Office applications, HRIS systems and video conferencing technology • Demonstrated ability to learn new technology systems
