• Processing customer refunds and handling related inquiries • Managing and verifying invoices for accuracy and compliance • Checking and reconciling financial records • Handling travel expense reports for the office team • Providing support through our accounting helpdesk for internal and external queries • Assisting the accounting team with various administrative and financial tasks as needed
🎯 Requirements
• Experience in accounting, finance, or a related field (preferred) • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial processes • Good communication skills and a proactive mindset • Ability to work independently and as part of a team • Familiarity with accounting software and Excel is a plus
