Requirements

• You align with our values and dynamics, eager to adapt and contribute to Wellhub's innovative and ambitious spirit. • You thrive in a hands-on environment, autonomously seeking opportunities to add value as a problem solver. • Manage competing priorities efficiently balancing design execution with design strategy projects. • Proven design experience, particularly in technology startups, with a strong background in designing digital platforms and applications. • Skilled in conducting research and gathering user insights to inform your designs, always considering user needs and competitive trends. • Profound knowledge of User Experience processes, information architecture, and interaction design. • Collaborative approach to projects, capable of facilitating remote workshops to support product ideation and decision-making. • Proficient in managing relationships with stakeholders and collaborating with product managers to develop strategic feature rationales. • Experienced in managing projects from initiation to implementation, drafting design approaches to meet business needs swiftly. • Strong skills in prototyping to explore and communicate design solutions, particularly using Figma. • Exceptional communication skills in both Portuguese and English, enabling you to articulate ideas clearly. A passion for storytelling and leveraging data to support your arguments is crucial.
