📋 Description
• The Account Manager works to grow the brand’s wholesale revenue through first class management of existing partners. • Works closely with the Head of Sales to continue to build a global wholesale network. • Exceed both sales and margin targets. • Provide first class service. • Conduct seasonal sell-ins and drive in-season reorder business. • Proactively seek and bring online new wholesale partners. • Monitor sell-through and proactively solve issues.

• Sales experience in the fashion or sporting goods industry. • Proven sales record. • A sales and margin mindset. • Strong negotiation and networking skills to build close relationships and successfully deliver business objectives. • Strong team player with a solution focused approach and a high-quality standard of execution and delivery. • Ability to thrive in a small, close-knit sales team. • A passionate self-starter who is comfortable working remotely from HQ – and with a degree of independence - and who can demonstrate that they work effectively and efficiently in this manner. • Strong presentation skills & excellent communicator. • Confident and personable with the ability to build relationships quickly. • Results oriented, proactive and problem solving. • Strategic thinker. • Good knowledge of the retail environment and needs of retailers. • Excellent analytical and commercial skills.
