β€’ The Account Manager works to grow the brand’s wholesale revenue through first class management of existing partners. β€’ Works closely with the Head of Sales to continue to build a global wholesale network. β€’ Exceed both sales and margin targets. β€’ Provide first class service. β€’ Conduct seasonal sell-ins and drive in-season reorder business. β€’ Proactively seek and bring online new wholesale partners. β€’ Monitor sell-through and proactively solve issues.

🎯 Requirements

β€’ Sales experience in the fashion or sporting goods industry. β€’ Proven sales record. β€’ A sales and margin mindset. β€’ Strong negotiation and networking skills to build close relationships and successfully deliver business objectives. β€’ Strong team player with a solution focused approach and a high-quality standard of execution and delivery. β€’ Ability to thrive in a small, close-knit sales team. β€’ A passionate self-starter who is comfortable working remotely from HQ – and with a degree of independence - and who can demonstrate that they work effectively and efficiently in this manner. β€’ Strong presentation skills & excellent communicator. β€’ Confident and personable with the ability to build relationships quickly. β€’ Results oriented, proactive and problem solving. β€’ Strategic thinker. β€’ Good knowledge of the retail environment and needs of retailers. β€’ Excellent analytical and commercial skills.
