Description

• Drive growth strategy across B2C and B2B market segments • Lead a team of growth marketers while collaborating with product, marketing, sales, and support • Formulate effective growth strategies through data, analysis, and experimentation

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience leading growth marketing and demand generation teams • Proven track record growing companies or products in the $20M - $100M range • Strong statistical and analytical skills • Expertise in building repeatable, scalable processes • Expertise with modern sales and marketing tech stacks • Ability to work cross-culturally and juggle multiple time zones: US, UK, and India • Experience working in developer tools or the tech industry (nice to have) • Working knowledge of human resources, talent acquisition, or learning & development (nice to have)
