•Lead a team of Regional Sales Directors to achieve sales objectives across the U.S. •Align business priorities with strong day-to-day operations and long-range plans •Develop, communicate, and execute the strategic and operational plan as directed •Drive daily sales objectives focusing on regional and territory growth •Collaborate and coordinate with Regional Sales Directors and field support

Requirements

•Demonstrated ability to recruit, retain and develop team members in the respective geography assigned •Successful experience leading teams of sales managers to achieve corporate objectives •Demonstrated ability to build and lead a team to achieve a hyper-growth in the Cardiovascular/Electrophysiology medical technology industry •Demonstrated experience leveraging resources to accomplish specified national and local sales objectives
