Description

• Hakkoda is a modern data consultancy empowering data-driven organizations. • The Solutions Architect will translate complex business challenges into comprehensive data solutions. • This role involves bridging business needs with technical implementation. • Accountable for solution design, business value realization, and strategic advisory services. • Requires maintaining billable utilization and building client relationships. • Clarifying potential challenges in retail/CPG domains and crafting actionable solution roadmaps.

Requirements

• 10+ years experience in retail/CPG solution delivery, with at least 5 years in solution architecture • Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, or related field • Proven track record of designing and implementing transformative business solutions • Strong understanding of retail/CPG business processes and value chains • Experience with solution framework development and implementation • Background in business process optimization and change management • Experience leading cross-functional teams • Strong business acumen and analytical skills • Experience building presales estimates, assets, and offerings • Excellent communication and presentation abilities • Proven stakeholder management experience • Track record of successful large-scale business transformation initiatives • Ability to create detailed solution blueprints and roadmaps.
