We connect people and brands to create unforgettable, meaningful, and lasting experiences that build brand engagement and loyalty for our over 60,000 clients globally. β’ Our nearly 2,000 employees and 1,000 Account Executives located in 40+ sales offices across the United States are the reason HALO is the global leader in branded merchandise, uniform programs, and recognition and incentive solutions. β’ While HALO does not have any openings for this role at the moment, we are looking to proactively source for talented Junior Account Managers and Account Managers in anticipation of Q4 2024 - Q1 2025 staffing, to support our Beer, Wine, & Spirits (BWS) clients with end-to-end branded promotional solutions. β’ This is not a role where you are selling wines & spirits, but rather sell the specific promotional products which enhance and further monetize the client's wine & spirits brand, i.e. promotional coasters, wine openers, glasses, etc. β’ These roles organize detailed client presentations, create virtual samples, prepare quotes, review and approve proofs as well as enter and track sales orders.
β’ 5+ years of combined account management/account coordination experience β’ 3+ years of beer, wine, and spirits industry experience β’ 2+ years of promotional products and branded merchandise industry experience preferred β’ Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook β’ Great communicator and listener in-person, over phone, email, and videoconference β’ Strong work ethic, with a good humored with a positive "can do" attitude β’ Values curiosity, creativity, inclusive teams, and achieving results β’ Problem solver that is comfortable making judgment calls how to spend time β’ Loves learning by providing, receiving and responding positively to constructive feedback β’ Detail oriented and strong organizational skills β’ Motivated by deadlines with a high levels of accuracy
