Description

• Join HALO as a Quality Assurance Specialist to ensure quality experiences for users • Perform quality assurance for web store releases • Review design and user experience based on requirements • Design and maintain test cases for various scenarios • Communicate issues to stakeholders and implement improvements

Requirements

• Some experience in working with web stores, i.e. Etsy, Shopify, etc. • Intermediate Excel, Word & Outlook skills • Familiar with Jira, Confluence, and Microsoft Access highly preferred • Eye for accuracy and strong attention to detail • Must possess a sense of urgency and be able to efficiently multi-task to meet deadlines • Good communication, effective listening skills, and excellent written and verbal communication skills • Possess abstract/creative thinking abilities • Desire to continuously improve process and knowledge • Ability to proactively seek out information, training, and other resources • Ability to work well in both a team environment and independently • Ability to work overtime when required
