Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent practical experience is required. • A minimum of 7+ years of demonstrated experience as a Business Analyst, with a strong technical background and exposure to mobile application projects. • Motivated individual comfortable in remote team settings, with a proactive learning attitude. • Strong communication skills adaptable to both technical and business contexts. • Proficiency in requirements gathering, translating customer needs and business drivers into backlog items. • Demonstrated quantitative, analytical, and problem-solving abilities. • Ability to self-resolve work-related challenges with minimal direction. • Agility in responding to emerging changes over rigid adherence to plans. • Deep understanding of agile principles with prior experience as an IT Systems Analyst or IT Business Analyst in Agile environments. • Familiarity with agile workflow tools such as DevOps or JIR
