Description

• Play a pivotal role in shaping and maintaining a secure environment for users. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders on policy recommendations. • Leverage industry expertise to inform policy and drive proactive responses to challenges. • Own the policy development process and ensure enforcement aligns with fairness and consistency. • Lead incident management and decision-making on content escalations.

Requirements

• Proven experience in developing and implementing internal and external policies in a senior Trust & Safety role. • Strong expertise in industry best practices and regulations related to trust, safety, and online community management. • Track record of leading complex trade-off discussions and building consensus. • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. • Experience with tools and technologies related to content moderation and user safety. • Ability to apply deep Trust & Safety knowledge to the unique challenges of a growing business. • A strong blend of strategic thinking and hands-on execution.
