• HanesBrands (NYSE: HBI) makes everyday apparel that is known and loved by consumers around the world for comfort, quality, and value. • You’ll play a pivotal role in shaping marketing strategies and media ROI through data-driven allocation and optimization strategies. • Reporting to the Director of Business Analytics, you’ll lead a team responsible for turning data into insights that guide marketing and advertising campaigns, optimize media spend, and ultimately foster a culture of data-driven decision making. • Develop a deep understanding of HBI’s business strategies, objectives, and competitive landscape. • Work closely with cross-functional teams to utilize data-driven analytics in support of decision making that drive business outcomes. • Lead and mentor a team of business analysts, providing guidance and support to ensure the successful execution of analytics projects.
• Minimum Education/ Experience: Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field such as statistics, mathematics, economics, computer science, or related field with 10+ years relevant work experience. • 4+ years of equivalent work experience can be substituted for bachelor’s degree • Preferred Education/ Experience: Master's degree • 8+ years relevant work experience • 8+ years’ experience in a senior analytics role, with a track record of success in leading high-performing teams. • 3+ years Media Experience • Proficiency in data analysis tools and programming languages such as SQL, Python, R, or similar. • Strong analytical skills with the ability to derive insights from complex datasets and communicate findings effectively.
