Requirements

•2-4 years of related experience •Business acumen and work experience in the Consumer Lending Business •High-caliber critical thinking and problem solving skills for all kinds of business problems •Consistently demonstrates high levels of domain expertise •Drives solutions through defining requirements all the way to implementation with minimal guidance •Technical: experience with SQL, Tableau, and R/Python •Provides subject matter expertise insights and guidance to team members •Experience presenting to Executive and Senior Leadership
