• Harbor is seeking a Manager of Engagement and Executive Communications to join our growing team. • This position is a pivotal role that supports the organization’s internal communication goals. • Foster employee engagement and enhance executive team effectiveness. • Manage a variety of responsibilities that ensure seamless communication and coordination between executives, employees, and other stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in communications, Public Relations, Business Administration, or a related field. • 4-6 years of relevant experience in internal communications, event coordination, or executive support. • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create clear, engaging, and professional content. • Excellent organizational and project management skills, with attention to detail and the ability to prioritize tasks • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with communication tools like SharePoint, Teams, or similar platforms. • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with cross-functional teams. • Demonstrated ability to maintain discretion and confidentiality. • Experience in a professional services or corporate environment. • Familiarity with executive-level communications and employee engagement best practices. • Basic graphic design skills or experience with tools like Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.
