Description

• Responsible for execution, monitoring, and measurement of engagement campaigns. • Define member-centric engagement strategies aligned with team goals. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with business objectives. • Oversee development of design and execution of engagement campaigns.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in leading consumer engagement strategy within healthcare. • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field preferred. • Proven experience in developing and executing campaign strategies. • Strong understanding of patient engagement principles. • Excellent project management skills. • Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision making. • Preferred: Experience using Salesforce Suite, Tableau, and Advanced Excel.
