• About us • Harmonic is a Palo Alto based AI company that is forging the world’s most advanced mathematical reasoning engine. • We are seeking a skilled Frontend Software Engineer with a proven track record in developing responsive, scalable, and maintainable frontend applications. • Design, develop, and test frontend applications using HTML, CSS, Javascript, and modern frontend frameworks such as React • Execute on defined project requirements • Implement automated testing and ensure high-quality code • Troubleshoot and debug frontend issues • Approximately 15 hours/week • Flexible, project-based schedule • This is a remote position
Requirements
• BS in computer science, related technical field, or equivalent industry experience • 3+ years of experience in frontend development for web applications • Proven proficiency in HTML, CSS, and Javascript • Experience with responsive design, accessibility, and cross-browser compatibility • Proven understanding of web performance optimization techniques • Experience with automated testing and debugging tools • Effective communication skills • BS in computer science or related technical field • Experience building both web and mobile applications
