📋 Description

• Harper is seeking a dynamic and technically adept Solution Architect to support our sales initiatives. • This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong technical foundation to engage with potential customers, understand their needs and craft tailored solutions using the Harper platform. • As a Solution Architect, you will lead technical presentations, articulate Harper’s value propositions, uncover customer pain points and align them with Harper’s solutions. • Your role will bridge the gap between technical requirements and business goals, ensuring a smooth transition from initial customer meetings through hand-off to delivery team who builds the pilot. • You will work closely with Account Executives (AEs) to support pre-sales activities, qualifying opportunities and driving technical conversations to close deals.

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in customer-facing software pre-sales and/or architecture roles. • Proven experience architecting and developing distributed systems, including multi-cloud applications, clustered databases and real-time streaming data. • Strong Node.js development background, particularly in building full stack applications and APIs. • In-depth knowledge of modern database technologies, platforms and design principles. • Ability to translate complex business requirements into effective, scalable technical solutions. • Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey complex technical and business concepts in a clear and compelling manner to technology and business leadership. • Experience with enterprise accounts. • Experience working in a fast paced startup environment. • Strong collaboration skills with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.
