📋 Description

•Harry’s Inc. is building a modern CPG company. •Lume is on a mission to normalize body odor beyond the pits •The Executive Assistant will report to the Executive Operations Manager and support the company’s Executive Team. •Provide direct administrative support and take ownership over key org-wide processes. •Help leaders leverage their capacity more strategically. •Range of tasks from scheduling meetings to organizing team events •Must be highly proactive, anticipating needs and solving problems. •Expect to spend about 75% on administrative work and 25% on org-wide initiatives. •Possess strong business judgment and communication skills to interact with variety of roles.

•You have strong proficiency with Google Suite and Slack, and/or the ability to quickly learn new tools. •You’re able to maintain discretion when working with highly confidential information. •You’re highly proactive and great at managing up: You’re confident working with senior leaders.
