β€’ Provide logistical support during go-to-market campaigns β€’ Help track and analyze product marketing performance metrics β€’ Support the development of product collateral β€’ Coordinate internal marketing communications β€’ Client newsletter support, coordination and execution β€’ Maintain and update the marketing calendar β€’ Act as the liaison between the marketing team and creative/design team β€’ Take ownership of the marketing team’s internal pages β€’ Support the coordination of our client advisory group meetings β€’ Oversee the administration and project management of client stories β€’ Assist in updating the corporate website β€’ Work with various departments to align marketing efforts

Requirements

β€’ 1-3 years of experience in marketing coordination β€’ Strong organizational skills β€’ Exceptional attention to detail β€’ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills β€’ Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite β€’ Familiarity with CRMs, marketing automation and account-based marketing tools β€’ Experience with content management systems (CMS) β€’ Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment β€’ Experience with project management tools is a plus
