Description

• Provide logistical support during go-to-market campaigns • Help track and analyze product marketing performance metrics • Support the development of product collateral • Coordinate internal marketing communications • Client newsletter support, coordination and execution • Maintain and update the marketing calendar • Act as the liaison between the marketing team and creative/design team • Take ownership of the marketing team’s internal pages • Support the coordination of our client advisory group meetings • Oversee the administration and project management of client stories • Assist in updating the corporate website • Work with various departments to align marketing efforts

Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience in marketing coordination • Strong organizational skills • Exceptional attention to detail • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite • Familiarity with CRMs, marketing automation and account-based marketing tools • Experience with content management systems (CMS) • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment • Experience with project management tools is a plus
