β€’ Monitor capital projects to ensure quality, scope, and budget requirements are met β€’ Review requests for additional spend β€’ Establish and maintain standards of workmanship for specific projects and regions β€’ Assist the field teams in executing capital projects β€’ Prepare detailed reports on the status and completion of capital projects β€’ Track in-progress/completed projects and their future maintenance schedule β€’ Build out 3-5 year capital project schedules β€’ Assist the field teams in identifying future projects and establishing capital budgets β€’ Maintain each asset to standards set by Havenpark and its stakeholders β€’ Coordinate with lenders to understand the scope and timing of each lender-required repair β€’ Collaborate with field teams to schedule and execute each lender-required repair within the required timeframe β€’ Regularly update lender on the status of repair projects β€’ Work with field teams to ensure that inspections and maintenance of the property are scheduled and executed properly β€’ Collaborate with Community Managers to ensure that all capital projects are completed within the desired timeframes from a budget standpoint β€’ Actively demonstrate and reinforce Havenpark's values, work processes, and policies β€’ Must exhibit traits consistent with company values and lead team members to do the same β€’ Ensure that all work processes are followed, and that work is done in compliance with Fair Housing laws, rules, regulations, and policies β€’ Take immediate action to correct any practices that are inconsistent with Havenpark's values

Requirements

β€’ Minimum of 5 years of project management experience β€’ Project management certification preferred (PMP, CCM, CPC, or equivalent) β€’ Manufactured Housing experience preferred β€’ Knowledge of federal, state, country, and municipal laws and regulations relating to general construction projects β€’ Track record of delivering both individual and team results β€’ Track record of consistently completing projects on time, within budget, and within scope β€’ Proven success as a leader and working across multiple functions β€’ Experience in budget creation preferred β€’ Ability to solve problems and innovate when needed β€’ Ability to learn and apply new information quickly β€’ Recover quickly from setbacks β€’ Ability to coach, counsel, motivate, develop, and inspire others β€’ Knowledge of property management software preferred
