• Payroll Specialist • We are seeking a highly motivated and driven individual to join our team in the role of Payroll Specialist. • This position requires an individual that has strong client relationship skills, is system driven, has meticulous attention to detail, and strives to deliver an excellent client experience. • We're looking for candidates with extensive experience in Paylocity or ADP WFN and MUST be living in MST or PST to support our West Coast clients. • Your mission is to earn and maintain the loyalty of your customers by proactively understanding and satisfying their needs. • You take ownership of your work, approach it with a sense of responsibility, urgency, and accountability. • You are someone who thrives on taking initiative, setting goals, and driving accurate and timely payrolls to successful completion. • Your ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines will be critical to your success in this role. • We believe that enthusiasm is contagious and can drive positive change. • We are looking for a candidate who genuinely enjoys delivering an exceptional customer experience, has a passion for payroll, and brings energy and excitement to their team and to their customers.

🎯 Requirements

• 5 or more years proven experience processing end-to-end payroll preferably in a medium to large organization • Prior experience working in a multi-client environment is required • Expert knowledge of one or more of the following: ADP EV6, ADP Streamline, ADP WFN, Alliance, Blue Marble, Ceridian, iSolved, Paychex, Paycom, Paycor, Paylocity, Rippling, UKG Pro, UKG Ready. • In-depth knowledge of payroll processes, regulations, and best practices • Complex analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail • Self-starter who is willing to take initiative with little direction or guidance • Demonstrated organizational and time management abilities • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team • Educated on compliance with federal, state, and local payroll laws and requirements • Certified Payroll Professional certification a plus • Excellent math and numerical skills • Proficient in Excel including pivot tables and VLOOKUP
