Description

• Lead the delivery of high-quality HR and Leadership services • Work with multiple clients and consultants • Provide specialized support services and ensure successful implementation of HR systems and solutions • Produce accurate, edited work products • Implement pre-specified research or analysis plans • Determine and implement objectives, allocate appropriate resources • Provide regular detailed reporting to management and customers • Collaborate with internal and external team • Produce Weekly Activity Reports • Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or relevant experience • Minimum 5 years of HR business management experience • Familiarity with Government policies and procedures preferred • Solid MS Office skills • Desired qualifications: 7 years of HR business management experience on an enterprise-wide contract, experience with MS Project and MS Visio, PMP certification
