📋 Description
• Lead the delivery of high-quality Human Resources and Leadership services within a federal HR program. • Collaborate with multiple clients and consultants for successful HR solutions. • Navigate and maintain knowledge of HR technology platforms. • Produce accurate, edited work products. • Implement research or analysis plans and allocate resources effectively. • Provide regular detailed reporting and weekly activity reports to stakeholders. • Perform additional duties as assigned.
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or relevant experience. • Minimum 5 years of HR business management experience, with familiarity with Government policies and procedures preferred. • Solid MS Office skills. • 7 years of HR business management experience on an enterprise-wide contract (desired). • Experience with MS Project and MS Visio (desired). • PMP certification (desired).
