Description

• Provide administrative support to a designated sales client group. • Offer management assistance and effectively manage workflow. • Act as a liaison between corporate departments, maintaining communication. • Draft correspondence, develop queries and reports, update forms as needed. • Prioritize/delegate daily and weekly activities. • Answer multi-line phone, reply to emails, take requests. • Produce a wide range of reporting. • Compile and distribute weekly/monthly activity summaries. • Orchestrate meetings, conference rooms and catering for events. • Arrange travel and order equipment for assigned client group. • Coordinates projects with all departments as needed. • Assist in preparation for special projects and other processes. • Oversee miscellaneous projects and assist Executives and managers as needed.

Requirements

• Knowledge of corporate sales and functions. • Expert in Change Management. • Prioritizes efficiency & effective processes. • Thrives in a fast paced environment. • Project Management is a Plus! • Highly Collaborative & a Team Player. • Self Starters will thrive in this role! • Knowledge in Data Analytics is a plus! • Proficiency in MS Excel, ERP, Salesforce, SAP, Tableau, and/or Snowflake is a plus! • Organizational skills & Professional phone etiquette. • Knowledge of facilities products such as hardware, electrical, lighting, is a plus! • Proven ability to meet or exceed sales goals in a remote position.
