• Develop and implement plans to maximize regional sales of products • Manage region through individual efforts and assist ASD in recruiting distributors • Build long-lasting relationships with surgeons and distributors • Participate in RFP processes and training of distributors • Maintain industry awareness regarding market trends and product releases
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent • Clinical background and experience highly preferred • Quantifiable sales record for sales-related specializations • 2+ years’ experience in relevant sales specialization (biosciences and/or spine) • Medical or Hospital credentialed strongly preferred • Knowledge of hospital RFP process, and VAC pricing experience • Significant experience in OR and relevant product training experience (Ortho/Spine preferred) • Previous working experience with CRM programs is required • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record and adequate insurance coverage required • Up to 70% travel within territory • Ability to articulate and execute a complex sale cycle
