• Support the design and implementation of supply chain projects across distribution centers. • Design includes updating 2D Autocad layouts for warehouse and offices. • Project Management for all design/build activities including managing project plans. • Coordination with vendors on quotes, scheduling, and installation activities. • Good communication skills both written and verbal. • Warehouse experience with flow, conveyor, racking, construction, design, and maintenance. • Attend all daily and weekly status meetings. • Collaborate cross functionality with consultants, DC associates, management, and senior leaders. • Document business requirements, functional and system design, processes, and procedures. • Identify barriers and apply problem-solving skills for complex solutions. • Understand city requirements for hazmat storage and construction permitting. • Troubleshoot and resolve complex problems independently. • Create excel files for bins locations for labeling and system updating.
Requirements
• BS/BA in Supply Chain, Engineering, or related field • Knowledge of WMS • 3-5 years of experience in a related field • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) • Intermediate 2D Autocad experience • Project Management experience • Travel 75% • Weekend and evening shift may be required during parts of a project
