Description

• Lead the cloud team at Headspace, impacting millions globally. • Support technology architecture, cloud solutions, system maintenance, and process improvement. • Ensure platform reliability and scalability for over 65 million users. • Influence and oversee public cloud strategy and architecture decisions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or Engineering or equivalent • Demonstrated ability to drive technical innovation and deliver high-impact projects in a fast-paced environment • Minimum of 10 years of hands-on experience in a technical environment maintaining Microsoft technologies and servers in on-prem, hybrid and cloud environments • Minimum of 5 years of managing people, specifically network and/or system engineering resources • At least 7 years of experience in cloud architecture or engineering organization • Cloud certifications such as AWS Solutions Architect Associate or Professional and GCP Professional Cloud Architect • At least 3 years experience in regulated environments • Solid understanding of KPI and KRI development related to infrastructure operations • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on customer experience and business outcomes • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence and align cross-functional teams • Working knowledge of information security principles and privacy • Working knowledge of server virtualization technologies
