Description

• Provide hands-on technical accounting expertise • Support accounting functions through financial reporting and internal controls • Review processes for accurate financial statement presentation • Maintain accounting policies and positions • Assist with external auditors' interactions • Prepare internal financial statements and reports • Research complex accounting issues including revenue recognition • Perform general accounting functions • Implement internal control improvements • Provide training on accounting policies • Ensure clean and timely year-end audit • Support M&A evaluations and documentation • Collaborate with FP&A and department leaders on projects • Assist in streamlining and automation projects

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance • CPA License • 4-6 years of overall experience, with 2-4 years in GAAP and financial reporting • Experience evaluating technical accounting guidance • Strong internal control/SOX experience • Excellent verbal, written communication, and presentation skills • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines • Proficient in NetSuite or similar ERP applications is a plus • Collaborative mindset with a strong work ethic • Strong analytical skills • Advanced Excel skills • Demonstrated ability to identify inefficiencies and develop solutions
