Description

• Build and manage full-funnel marketing programs that resonate with specific audience segments of mental health providers • Own an audience lead target and identify new channels, campaigns, and evergreen marketing programs to reach the target – in partnership with sales • Research audience segments to develop messaging and positioning tests that resonate • Build and manage a calendar of regular marketing programs to attract, engage, and convert target audience • Partner closely with business unit sales team and leaders to connect marketing programs • Manage audience segment GTM across marketing channels and sales partners • Create and document repeatable processes that make our campaign go to market engine run seamlessly • Build relationships with stakeholders across marketing, cross-functionally, and externally • Dive into the numbers to understand what works and what doesn’t • Be a continuous learner and stay on top of the latest marketing trends

Requirements

• 5-10+ years of experience building and scaling multi-channel integrated marketing programs for a B2B audience • Highly detailed and process-oriented – working with a range of stakeholders, numerous steps + deadlines, and a spreadsheet with dozens of deliverables • Experience building campaigns and ongoing marketing programs that include webinars/digital events, physical events • Experience partnering with marketing channels like email/lifecycle, paid, social to amplify campaigns and nurture new leads • High critical thinking skills and a strong bias towards action – able to take ideas from various sources without stalling forward progress • Experience marketing to healthcare or mental health audiences (preferred)
