Description

• You will be responsible for the overall public sector go-to-market strategy and campaign management including market research, target audience segmentation, content strategy, as well as manage event execution, digital marketing programs and demand generation programs. • Develop the go-to-market strategy and marketing campaigns that align with the business objectives of public sector customers, prospects, sales and customer success teams. • Conduct market research and analyze insights in federal agencies and state governments to identify target audience segments and personas. • Identify and manage ecosystem partnerships to deliver joint go-to-marketing plans within the Public Sector. • Develop and individually contribute to integrated marketing programs across cross-functional teams like Account Based Marketing, Demand Gen, and Digital Marketing, and Industry Events to build awareness and increase consideration among public sector buyers. • Collaborate with content and product teams to create compelling and relevant marketing collateral that address the cybersecurity challenges, objectives and missions within federal organizations and position Synack's value proposition and differentiation. • Leverage all digital marketing channels to maximize campaign reach and engagement. • Partner with third party event organizations, media outlets, and industry associations within the public sector to create targeted marketing initiatives. • Track campaign performance, analyze metrics and provide actionable insights and recommendations for campaign optimization. • Prepare and present campaign reports and insights to stakeholders, highlighting the key findings and recommendations.

Requirements

• A bachelor's or master's degree in marketing, advertising, business or a related field. • 8+years as a marketing campaign manager, field marketing manager or a similar role specifically within the public sector industry. • Proven experience in managing comprehensive integrated marketing campaigns with successful omni-channel marketing execution for public sector. • Excellent writing skills and willingness to take on short copywriting assignments to create compelling and relevant messaging for the public sector. • Background knowledge of industry events that are specifically targeted at the public sector and experience executing the show. • Knowledge of digital marketing tools and techniques, including social media platforms, email marketing, paid digital media. • Efficient project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously and meet deadlines. • Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners. • Familiarity with systems and tools like HubSpot and Salesforce for campaign execution, lead management, reporting and metrics to measure and optimize campaign performance.
