• Headway is expanding its national network of mental healthcare providers • Responsible for scaling the community of therapists and psychiatrists • Full-cycle sales role, translating insights into products and processes for the company’s mission
🎯 Requirements
• 1-3 years experience in consultative sales or consumer sales (bonus points if in a startup environment or sold to small businesses) • Ability to connect with people whether in person, over the phone, or over email • Deep work ethic and desire to continuously improve • Interest in being challenged and pushing for personal growth every day and in every pitch • Thick skin, comfort with thinking on your feet and trying new approaches • Scientific approach to growth, able to experiment with tactics to discover how to generate leads • Willingness to learn and grow, excited to take on more responsibility over time • Belief in the company's mission • Commitment to the importance of affordable and accessible mental health care for everyone
