Description

•Join Headway’s data team to build analytics and insights for better decision-making. •Collaborate with product teams to define analytics requirements and influence strategy. •Utilize data to understand user behavior and drive experimentation. •Model and present data to empower stakeholders and improve decision-making. •Convey technical information in an impactful way to non-technical audiences.

Requirements

•6+ years of experience using data to solve real-world problems and drive decision-making within engineering, product or growth teams •4+ years of experience at a high-growth technology startup •Opinions about product analytics, a track record of building or driving product analytics rigor, and an understanding how your product recommendations drive business outcomes •High proficiency with SQL, and tools for data analysis •Experience developing tests and predictive analytics, synthesizing results, and building frameworks and data models to make data-informed launch decisions •Inherent curiosity and analytical follow-through - you can’t help but ask “why?” and love using data and logic to explore potential solutions •A self-starter mentality with the ability to prioritize, meet deadlines, and identify opportunities with limited oversight •Exceptional data storytelling abilities, as well as the ability to articulate technical information to a non-technical audience •Operating in a team-first environment with excellent collaboration and communication skills •You are motivated by our mission.
