• Answer incoming calls from members regarding healthcare questions • Build rapport with callers using a friendly manner • Verify/Collect demographics and update systems • Determine and execute the best resolution for members • Connect members to appropriate internal and external areas • Manage tasks with timely follow-up • Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

• High School Degree or GED required • Associate’s degree preferred in business, liberal arts, or healthcare • Customer Service experience preferred • Strong Communication skills • Problem solving/issue resolution • Multitasking skills
