📋 Description

• HealthCaters is a 360° preventive health platform for businesses • This role offers a unique chance to gain hands-on experience in sales and relationship building within a dynamic, growth-oriented environment • Support our sales team in daily operations, campaign creation, and strategic outreach to drive growth • Keep stakeholders accountable with regular follow-ups and reach out to new prospects • Create targeted lead campaigns and identify new business opportunities, focusing on data-driven experimentation • Represent HealthCaters digitally and physically at events, trade shows, etc. • Ensure the efficiency of our sales processes and integrate sales data correctly into our internal knowledge management • Conduct customer interviews on an as-needed basis to gather insights

🎯 Requirements

• You have hands-on sales/bisdev experience in a fast-growing startup or a small company • You are extremely good with people and a natural seller • You are passionate and like learning new skills • You are comfortable working in dynamically changing conditions with a high degree of autonomy • You have a sincere affection for working with people, and you don’t get exhausted being the person of contact for many • You are a risk-taker and entrepreneur at heart - you are willing to experiment, work fast, and deliver results in the realms of high uncertainty • You speak fluent German & English
