Description
• Provide regional oversight and leadership for skilled nursing and senior living communities owned by HDG • Develop and monitor the annual operating budget within company fiscal guidelines • Identify and evaluate opportunities for program growth • Ensure implementation of rules and regulations governing accreditation and service provisions
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in healthcare, business or related field • Previous multi-community management experience • 5 years of experience in leadership roles within a combination of SNF, assisted living and/or senior housing communities • Travel up to 80%; travel includes both day and overnight travel
